DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION


Application for poor person relief, assignment of counsel and consolidation of appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, that the application for permission to proceed as a poor person is granted. The appeal may be perfected in accordance with section 800.13 of the Rules of Practice (22 NYCRR 800.13). Kelly M. Corbett, Esq., P.O. Box 406, Fayetteville, New York 13066, assigned to represent appellant upon this appeal pursuant to Family Court Act §1120. The Clerk of the Family Court of Broome County is directed to furnish to appellant's counsel one copy of the transcripts of the stenographic minutes of all proceedings in the matter, except those portions which appellant's counsel or the Family Court determines are unnecessary for perfection of the appeal, and to forward the other copy to the Clerk of this Court pursuant to section 800.4(c) of the Rules of Practice. Counsel's time to perfect the appeal is extended to 60 days after receipt of the minutes, and it is further

ORDERED, that the application for consolidation of the appeals is granted to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief.
