DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION

Motion by Morrison Cohen LLP to withdraw as counsel for those appellants currently represented by Morrison Cohen LLP and for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to October 20, 2008, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to withdraw as counsel is granted, without costs, and no further proceeding shall be taken until the expiration of 30 days from the date of this Decision and Order, which shall be mailed to said appellants by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to said appellants to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321(c) or to proceed representing themselves on the appeal.
