On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 9, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 25, 2008, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Elizabeth A. Jutesen", and substituting therefor the name "Robert C. Mitchell".
