DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Agudas Chassidei Chabad to admit pro hac vice Zachary L. Grayson, an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to represent it on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 30, 2006, September 6, 2007, and November 14, 2007, respectively, appeals from two orders and judgments (one paper) of the same court dated June 19, 2006, and December 27, 2007, respectively, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated March 27, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted.
