It is Ordered that the motion to continue the stay is granted on the condition that appellant continues to pay accruing monthly use and occupancy, without prejudice, pending the determination of the appeals.. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the landlord may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay. [ cal # 08-442 to 444 ].
