On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 24, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by New York Central Mutual Fire Insurance Company and granted a cross motion by Doris Jimenez, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 20, 2007 and April 28, 2008, respectively, and appeals from two judgments of the same court entered January 2, 2008, and dated June 2, 2008, respectively, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph the date "June 28, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "April 28, 2008".
