On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 29, 2008, in the above-entitled matters, which granted a motion by the appellant, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated March 12, 2008, is amended by deleting from the fifth decretal paragraph thereof the name "Scott F.", and substituting therefor the name "Nakita Sylvain".
