Motion by the appellant to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered November 18, 2004, to include certain documents so that the appellant may refer to the documents in his reply brief to respond to arguments the appellant believes the respondent will raise in its brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew after the respondent files a brief.
