DECISION

Motion by assigned counsel Legal Aid Society to be relieved of representing defendant-appellant on the appeal is granted and other counsel assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law. New counsel is directed to serve and file either a new appellant's brief or a statement adopting and/or supplementing the appellant's brief heretofore filed, expeditiously. Respondent if so advised, may serve and file a new respondent's brief and/or a statement supplementing it within 14 days of the date of filing the new appellant's brief or statement.

Legal Aid shall provide new counsel with all papers.
