On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 11, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the Estate of Louis J. Amaducci and Robert L. Amaducci, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 16, 2006, and appeals from an order of the same court also entered October 16, 2006, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the date "August 13, 2007," and substituting therefor the date "October 16, 2006".
