Separate applications by the respondents Thomas Cashel and Francine Parziale Cashel pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 28, 2008.
ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondent Thomas Cashel to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 5, 2008, and the brief of the respondent Thomas Cashel must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the brief of the respondent Francine Parziale Cashel, which was submitted to the court on October 6, 2008, is accepted for filing.
