Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 13, 2008. Cross motion by the respondents for an award of an attorney's fee and to impose a sanction against the appellants.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
