DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the plaintiff for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 7, 2008, and, inter alia, to direct the respondent to allow the appellant to provide input concerning "college decision-making and acceptance of any college scholarships".

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary (see Family Ct Act § 1112); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
