| SCHEDULING ORDER |
Proceeding pursuant to EDPL 207 to review a determination of the New York State Urban Development Corp., d/b/a Empire State Development Corporation, dated December 8, 2006, made after a public hearing, authorizing the condemnation of certain property.
ORDERED that the proceeding is assigned to the Court's active management program (see 22 NYCRR 670.4); and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioners shall serve and file their brief on or before November 28, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file its answering brief on or before December 19, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioners may serve and file their reply brief on or before December 29, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that briefs shall be served and filed by a means calculated to place them in the actual possession of the adversary and the Court at or before the close of business on the dates set forth above and no extensions for service by mail or overnight delivery pursuant to CPLR 2103(b) shall be permitted.
