| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 19, 2008, and June 10, 2008, respectively, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated August 20, 2008, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the orders, upon the perfection of the appeals on or before September 22, 2008, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated August 20, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "September 22, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "November 17, 2008"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-02378), is enlarged until November 17, 2008, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
