Motion by 315 Berry Street Corporation for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated April 7, 2008, which, inter alia, reversed three judgments of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, all entered January 6, 2004.
