Motion by the appellant on appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Orange County, both rendered January 6, 2006, which were determined by decision and order of this court dated February 27, 2007, for leave to file a supplemental brief and, in effect, to recall and vacate the decision and order dated February 27, 2007, and to determine the appeals de novo .
