On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decisions and orders on motion dated June 6, 2008, and October 1, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which determined certain motions on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated March 14, 2007, are amended by deleting from the preambles thereof the words "Suffolk County," and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County".
