It is Ordered that the motion for clarification is granted to the extent of providing that the real estate taxes are to be tendered to the petitioner-landlord by November 17, 2008. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the orders of this court, the petitioner-landlord may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
