Motion by the respondents Department of Assessment of County of Nassau and Assessment Review Commission of County of Nassau to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 29, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 24, 2008 and the movants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before November 24, 2008.
