Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 17, 2008, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated September 25, 2008, which, inter alia, vacated a stay of enforcement of the judgment.
