| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Norma Vigo on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 28, 2007, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal. Application by the defendants-respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect their cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and Norma Vigo's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 22, 2008, and the joint record or appendix and Norma Vigo's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the defendants-respondents-appellants shall serve and file an answering brief, including points of argument on the cross appeal, in accordance with the rules of the court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
