Separate appeals by Jolanda L. and Vincent D. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 10, 2007. The separate briefs of the appellants were filed in the office of the Clerk of this court on August 1, 2008, the respondent's brief was served and filed on September 24, 2008, and the brief of the attorney for the child Ashanti D. was served and filed on October 2, 2008. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the children Kayshawna D., Vincent D., Jr., Keyina D., and Dashawn D. to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until October 31, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
