It is Ordered that the motion for various indeterminable relief is denied without prejudice to renew upon a showing that this court has jurisdiction in this proceeding. A copy of the Notice of Appeal must be annexed to the initial application to this court. [see 22 NYCRR § 640.1]. In addition, if the appellant is seeking to appeal an order of the Civil Court, the proper procedure is to prepare records on appeal and briefs.
