| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Mental Hygiene Legal Service, as counsel for Elena D. B., to review and copy the transcript of her in camera hearing on appeals from eight orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 16, 2007, June 4, 2007, June 29, 2007, July 17, 2007, August 9, 2007, August 22, 2007, September 13, 2007, and November 16, 2007, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered December 21, 2007. Separate motion by John B. and Elena B. S. for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, the papers filed in opposition to the motion to review and copy the transcript of the in camera hearing, and the papers filed in relation to the motion for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, it is
ORDERED that the motion to review and copy the transcript of the in camera hearing is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is granted and the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all the briefs have been filed.
