Motion by the defendant pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 14, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right and the defendant has not made a motion for leave to appeal (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
