Motion by the appellant pursuant to County Law § 722 for the appointment of a Spanish interpreter to assist in the appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered November 27, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and it is further,
ORDERED that an interpreter will be assigned upon designation by the Administrator for the Nassau County 18-B Panel.
