Rachil, Pamela, et al. v Neighborly Notary, Inc., et al.
It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of permitting five of the appeals bearing SC index numbers 598/08, to and including 602/08, to proceed as companion appeals. The parties may submit one set of briefs, if so advised. The defendant-appellant Roberta Arnone may appear on behalf of defendant Neighborly Notary, Inc. In this appeal. The D. Davu case, index number SC 2325/07 is to proceed independently. In all other respects, the motion is denied. The claimants-respondents are reminded to submit affidavits, rather than affirmations, in these proceedings. [ see CPLR § 2106 ].
