Pine, for a stay of enforcement of an order of the Ontario County Family Court Support Magistrate, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on March 17, 2008, pending the hearing and determination of an appeal taken herein, from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered May 21, 2008, which denied appellant's objections to the order of the Support Magistrate,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mary P. Davison, Esq., dated September 29, 2008, the order to show cause with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
