Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Christopher S. Bradstreet, Esq., dated September 23, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the notice of appeal filed July 10, 2008, shall be treated as valid as to the orders of disposition of Family Court entered July 25, 2008 (see CPLR 5520 [c]).
