Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 23, 2008, June 25, 2008, July 2, 2008 and July 28, 2008, for an extension of time to perfect, and for other relief, and the Court having treated the motion, in part, as an application for leave to appeal from the orders entered June 25, 2008 and July 28, 2008,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Abbie Goldbas, Esq., dated September 17, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that leave to appeal from the orders of Family Court entered June 25, 2008 and July 28, 2008 is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted and appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before November 28, 2008, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
