It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be granted to the extent that Jerry Ader is hereby directed to file and serve the notice of appeal from the judgment rendered June 18, 2008 in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before November 21, 2008, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
