It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 11, 2008 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date October 10, 2008 and inserting in place thereof the date February 24, 2009.
Memorandum: The direct appeal should be perfected within the time frame set forth in this order.
