It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that petitioners may file and serve a single brief on or before November 12, 2008, and

It is further ORDERED that respondents shall file and serve their brief on or before December 17, 2008, and the proceedings are hereby removed from the December 5, 2008 day calendar and added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing January 12, 2009.
