Motion by the appellant for leave to perfect the appeal using copies of photographs instead of the marked trial exhibit photographs on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 24, 2007, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant is directed to perfect the appeal without the subject trial exhibit photographs.
