Motion by the respondents for a preference in the calendaring of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 28, 2008, and a judgment of the same court entered September 16, 2008, and for an expedited briefing schedule.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
