ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 17, 2007.

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 3, 2008, and the joint record or appendix on appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellant-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent-appellant Nancy Agli shall serve and file her answering brief, including her points of argument on her cross appeal, on or before January 8, 2009 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent-appellant Paul Agli shall serve and file his answering brief, including his points of argument on his cross appeal, on or before February 13, 2009 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant respondent shall serve and file its reply brief on or before March 20, 2009, and the respondents-appellants, if so advised, shall serve and file briefs responding to each other's cross appeals on or before March 20, 2009; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective reply briefs on or before April 6, 2009.
