Motion by David A. Smith, Esq., 500 Old Country Road, Suite 109, Garden City, New York 11530, counsel assigned to represent Jesse Lee H. in a proceeding pursuant to Mental Hygiene Law article 81, to be relieved and to assign new counsel to represent Lesse Lee H. on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 13, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and assigned counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
