Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 15, 2008, to enlarge the record to include a certain certified meteorologist's report.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that upon the court's own motion and upon the stipulation of the parties dated February 27, 2007, Cynthia Crosthwaite, administrator of the estate of Gladys P. Williams, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff Gladys P. Williams, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
