DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 3, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the children, Vladimir Cadet, 89-31 161st Street, Suite 806, Jamaica, New York 11432, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned to represent the children:
