| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on application dated October 29, 2008, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order is substituted therefor:
Application by Marnie Anjeli Bevington, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 8, 2003, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Marnie Anjeli Adams.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Marnie Anjeli Bevington to Marnie Anjeli Adams, effective immediately.
