On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated October 2, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellants, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 25, 2007, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto".
