Motion by the attorney for the child to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, entered March 18, 2008, and an order of the same court dated March 21, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the brief submitted to the Clerk of the court is accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 25, 2008, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
