Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated August 28, 2008, to direct the Family Court, Richmond County, "to immediately hold a hearing pursuant to Family Court Act § 1017(2)(a)(iii) * * * to determine which kinship foster care placement would best serve the subject children's interest".
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
