It is Ordered that, pursuant to CPLR § 5704[b], this application is granted. The Clerk of the Civil Court of the City of New York is directed to enter a judgment of possession in favor of the petitioner-landlord and against the Respondent herein. It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Civil Court is to issue, forthwith a warrant of eviction in favor of the petitioner-landlord and against the Respondent.
