Motion by the attorney for their child to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 17, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney, Robin M. Kent, Esq., 23 Briar Lane, Jericho, New York 11753, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney herein assigned; and it is further,
