Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 27, 2008, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the attorney, Tamara Steckler, Esq., The Legal Aid Society, Juvenile Rights Practice, 199 Water Street, 3rd Floor, New York, New York 10038, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned to represent the appellant:

and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the appellant's status as a poor person is continued.
