April 25, 2008, and the law guardian having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her briefs,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Carolyn Kellogg Jonas, Esq., dated October 22, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the law guardian submit to the Court ten copies of her brief on each appeal, together with proof of service, on or before November 20, 2008, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
