DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered July 16, 2007, to allow him more time to retain counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to making a motion on or before December 17, 2008, to relieve assigned counsel and substitute retained counsel.
