| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent County of Nassau to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 15, 2007, and to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondent County of Nassau to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 16, 2008, and the brief of the respondent County of Nassau must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 12, 2009, and the appellant's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
